8. Participants may enter the draw by activating their draw receipt at eHost before the actual draw as communicated through advertising material.
9. The Teeds System (The Electronic Draw System) will be used to determine the selection of winners.
10. Gold Cardholders Draws: Ticket printing will be available for printing from 08h00 on Monday until 19h45 on Wednesday with draws held at 20h00 on that Wednesday.
11. Platinum Cardholders Draws: Ticket printing will be available for printing from 08h00 on Tuesday until 19h45 on Thursday with draws held at 20h00 on that Thursday.
12. Black Cardholders Draws: Ticket printing will be available for printing from 18h00 on Friday until 16h45 on Sunday with draws held at 17h00 on that Sunday.
13. Draw entries cannot be purchased through cash, points, or any other form of consideration. Tickets will be issued based on points earned on Slots or Tables during the promotional period.

15. Participants do not need to be present for the draw/s. Winners will be notified telephonically using contact details provided on the Patron Management System.
16. Participants may be drawn more than once but can only win once per draw.
17. All winners must claim and sign for the receipt of prizes at Golden Horse Casino within 15 days of the draw and must present the winning ticket or a positive and acceptable form of identification.
18. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged.
19. All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into.
20. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.
21. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management. This may include rescheduling times and a draw date/s.
22. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by their participation.
23. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
