HOW DO I ENTER?

  • The promotion is exclusive to Golden Horse Tsogo Reward Members, non-carded guests must sign up to the programme to participate.
  • Members must play Slots or Tables at Golden Horse Casino on draw days and earn 100 points per tickets to qualify. Points will be earned between 08h00 – 20h45 on draw days.
  • Participants who are active on the playTSOGO platform will get bonus tickets into each draw.

  • The TEEDS electronic system will be used to select 5 winners per draw.

  4. The promotion will run from 16 July 2025 to 24 September 2025.

  1. The draws will take place on the selected Wednesdays at 21h00.
  2. Entries cannot be purchased for cash, points, or through any other form of consideration.
  3. All draws will be electronic draws whereby prize winners will be selected via the TEEDS system for the draws taking place on the Main casino floor.
  4. A total 5 Lucky winners will be selected per promotional day.
  5. All Participants are required to be present at the live draw on the respective date/time to be eligible for a Prize: Provided that if a participant elects not to be present in person when the winner/s are announced, the participant may nominate another person who has been duly authorized in writing to attend the draw on behalf of a participant in the form and manner determined by management, the details of which will be available at the Customer Service Desk. Prescribed proxy forms will be available for this purpose from 09h00 until 5 minutes prior to the start of the draw.
  6. PA system will be used to announce winners and prizes.
  7. Prize winners and proxies who are present will be given 90 seconds to present themselves and must be in possession of evidence of the winning ticket and must produce a positive and acceptable form of identification.
  8. Authorized representatives shall not be entitled to any prizes and shall not take receipt of prizes accruing to the Participants they represent.
  9. Nominees or Proxies may not represent more than one (1) Participant.
  10. Prizes are to be collected and signed for the receipt thereof by the relevant Prize Winner (not representative), as the case may be, within 15 days from the date of the draw from the casino where the prize(s) were won. The casino shall take all reasonable steps to contact the prize winner via the contact details provided in the proxy nomination form or otherwise readily available.
  11. Draw times and dates, and qualification criteria, will be advertised through advertising mediums used for this promotion.
  12. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless otherwise advertised. Prize winners must sign for receipt of prizes.
  13. All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into.
  14. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.
  15. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management. This may include rescheduling times and a draw date/s.
  16. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
  17. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
