SATURDAY NIGHT JACKPOTS

1. No person under the age of 18 is allowed to gamble or participate in this promotion.
2. Any person who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who falls into the category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from participating in this promotion.
3. This promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
4. This promotion is exclusive to Tsogo Rewards members and will run from 27 September 2025 to 27 December 2025.
5. Participants earn points by playing Slots or Tables at Golden Horse Casino to qualify.
6. A, K& Q participants must play Slots or Tables and earn 100 points per ticket to qualify for the Teeds draw that takes place at 22h00. Tickets will be earned over a 7 day earning period.
7. J & 10 participants must play Slots or Tables and earn 50 points per ticket to qualify for the Teeds draw that takes place at 22h00. Tickets will be earned over a 14 day earning period.
8. Tickets earning will be uncapped and will be earned per draw.

10. Ticket printing will commence at 08h00 until 21h55 on draw days.
11. 5 lucky winners will be selected using the Teeds system during the 22h00 draw.
12. Winners must be present for the draw or nominate a proxy. Proxy forms will be made available at the customer service desk whilst ticket printing is available.
13. Participants must play Slots or Tables on draw days from 08h00 to 21h00 and earn 50 points to qualify for the RAPS draw.
14. 10 lucky winners will be selected during the RAPS draw (6 Slots and 4 Tables) from 19h00 – 21h00.

17. Members may be selected more than once but can only win once per session.
18. Verified winners will then choose a prize from a device.
19. Proxies or Nominees shall not be entitled to any prize(s) or benefits and shall not take receipt of prizes accruing to the winner they represent.
20. Nominees or Proxies may not represent more than one (1) Participant.
21. The promotions team will issue cash to the winner.
22. Each verified winner will be awarded a prize as advertised in the mediums used to advertise the promotion.
23. PA system will be used to announce winners and prizes won.
24. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged.
25. All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into.
26. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.
27. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management. This may include rescheduling times and a draw date/s.
28. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
29. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
