1. No person under the age of 18 is allowed to gamble or participate in this promotion.
2. Any person who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who falls into the category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from participating in this promotion.
3. • Tickets earning will commence on 02 April until 25 June 2026. Tickets will be earned over a seven (7) day period.

• All draws will take place on the main casino stage area at 1pm.
• Five (5) patrons will be drawn using the TEEDS electronic system.
• The winners/proxy will be given 90 seconds to present themselves with identification (SA ID, Driving License, or Valid Passport) and their ticket receipt.
• If the winner/proxy does not show up in time, an alternative winner will be chosen (redraw).
• Participants can only win once per draw. A redraw will be conducted if a winner is drawn more than once.
• Once verified, the patron on stage will have to pick one reveal, which will determine how much they win.
• Winners will be issued their prize letter at the Tsogo Rewards Desk, which can be redeemed at the Cash Desk for cash.

• A total six (6) patrons will be drawn using the TEEDS electronic system, two (2) per tier.
• Draws will take place in the following order:
  • Ten & Jack Tier – 7pm
  • Queen Tier – 8pm
  • King & Ace Tier – 9pm
• The winners/proxy will be given 90 seconds to present themselves with identification (SA ID, Driving License, or Valid Passport) and their ticket receipt.
• If the winner/proxy does not show up in time, an alternative winner will be chosen (redraw).
• Participants can only win once per draw. A redraw will be conducted if a winner is drawn more than once.
• Once verified, the first patron will be called on stage, an offer will be made by the banker, and the patron would have to make a call to either take the offer, or take a chance and choose 1 of the cases available on stage.
• Thereafter the second patron will be called on stage, another offer will be made by the banker, and the patron would have to make a call to either take the offer, or take a chance and choose 1 of the cases available on stage.
• 1 of the 4 cases will hold the jackpot amount for each tier group, once a case is picked the amount inside the case will be eliminated for the available amounts on stage.
• When they pick a case the amount could either go higher or lower than the offer.
• On the last Saturday of each month, the jackpot or the progressive at that time will be given away to of the two winners, and the second winners will be give the first offer
• Winners will be issued their prize letter at the Tsogo Rewards Desk, which can be redeemed at the Cash Desk for cash.

9. Entries cannot be purchased through cash, points or any other form of consideration.
10. Members may be selected more than once but can only win once per draw.
11. Proxies or Nominees shall not be entitled to any prize(s) or benefits and shall not take receipt of prizes accruing to the winner they represent.
12. Nominees or Proxies may not represent more than one (1) Participant.
13. The promotions team will issue the prize letter to the winner.
14. Prizes must be collected and signed for receipt thereof by the relevant Prize Winner (not Nominee) within 15 days of the draw from the Tsogo Rewards Desk at Golden Horse Casino.
15. Each verified winner will be awarded a prize as advertised in the mediums used to advertise the promotion.
16. PA system will be used to announce winners and prizes won.
17. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged.
18. All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entering into.
19. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.
20. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management. This may include rescheduling times and a draw date/s.
21. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
22. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severing, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
