- This voucher can only be used once.
- The use of these premises is at your own risk.
- This voucher cannot be exchanged for cash.
- You are entirely responsible for your own vehicle.
- A gaming visit is defined as Slots and/or Tables play that is recorded on the patron’s Rewards card once within a 24-hour period (from 08h00 to 08h00).
- This voucher excludes 3D films.
- This voucher is valid until the specified expiry date and cannot be extended.
- This voucher cannot be exchanged for cash.
- This voucher is not valid in the 1st week of a release date.
- This voucher is for a one-night stay at Palazzo Hotel for two including breakfast at Medeo Restaurant.
- This voucher is valid until the specified date on voucher and may not be extended there after (the following dates are excluded 24th, 25th, 26th, 31st December and the 14th February).
- Bookings subject to availability.
- This voucher is not transferable, may not be converted to cash and, if lost, will not be re-issued.
- For Reservations please contact reservations department on +27 11 367 4250 and quote the reference number on the prize letter. You will be required to produce the original prize letter on arrival at the hotel, copies will not be accepted.
- A R500 refundable deposit is required to be paid upon check in at the hotel.

- This voucher is valid until the specified date on voucher and may not be extended there after (the following dates are excluded 24th, 25th, 26th, 31st December and the 14th February).

- Casino FreePlay works on the basis of replacing your bet after every spin
- Casino FreePlay is loaded onto a Rewards card
- Once the card is inserted a welcome message and the current Casino FreePlay balance will be displayed
- Casino FreePlay must be activated by inserting a minimum of R10
- The Casino FreePlay can be used on multiple machines by removing the Rewards card and inserting it into another machine
- Casino FreePlay cannot be cashed out
- Only winnings or remaining credits can be cashed out
