HOW DO I ENTER?

 

The promotion is exclusive to Golden Horse Rewards Members, non-carded guests must sign up for the rewards programme to participate.

Members must play Slots or Tables at Golden Horse to qualify.

This is an equal opportunity promotion with each member receiving up to 100 tickets per patron for A-Tier, K-Tier and Q-Tier, up to 50 tickets for J-Tier, and up to 25 tickets for 10-Tier if they choose to print between the below times.

Winners will be drawn using the TEEDS electronic system every Monday.

2 Lucky winners will be selected during the draw at 14h00. 4 Lucky winners will be selected during the second draw at 16h00.

  1. Entries cannot be purchased for cash, points, or through any other form of consideration.
  2. All draws will be electronic draws whereby prize winners will be selected via the TEEDS system for the draws taking place on the Main casino floor every Monday.
  3. Qualifiers will need to enter the draws by printing their ticket at any e-Host on draw day which will automatically get into the electronic draw bin.
  4. Draw tickets can be printed from 09h00 until 15h59 for all Golden Horse Rewards cardholders.
  5. 2 Lucky winners will be selected during the 14h00 draw. 4 Lucky winners will be selected during the second draw at 16h00.
  6. Winners may be selected more than once but can only once per draw day.
  7. All Participants are required to be present at the live draw on the respective date/time to be eligible for a Prize: Provided that if a participant elects not to be present in person when the winner/s are announced, the participant may nominate another person who has been duly authorized in writing to attend the draw on behalf of a participant in the form and manner determined by management, the details of which will be available at the Customer Service Desk. Prescribed proxy forms will be available for this purpose from 09h00 until 5 minutes prior to the start of the draw.
  8. Patrons who play Slots or Tables on draw days and earn 10 points will be offered an F&B offer available only from 14h00 – 16h00 on the day.
  9. PA system will be used to announce winners and prizes.
  10. Prize winners and proxies who are present will be given 90 seconds to present themselves and must be in possession of evidence of the winning ticket and must produce a positive and acceptable form of identification.
  11. Authorized representatives shall not be entitled to any prizes and shall not take receipt of prizes accruing to the Participants they represent.
  12. Should the prize winner or authorized representative for the prize winner not present themselves within 90 seconds, a re-draw will take place.
  13. Nominees or Proxies may not represent more than one (1) Participant.
  14. Prizes are to be collected and signed for the receipt thereof by the relevant Prize Winner (not representative), as the case may be, within 15 days from the date of the draw from the casino where the prize(s) were won. The casino shall take all reasonable steps to contact the prize winner via the contact details provided in the proxy nomination form or otherwise readily available.
  15. Draw times and dates; and qualification criteria, will be advertised through advertising mediums used for this promotion.
  16. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless otherwise advertised. Prize winners must sign for receipt of prizes.

  18. All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into.
  19. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.
  20. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management. This may include rescheduling times and a draw date/s.
  21. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
  22. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force;
