HOW DO I WIN?

 

All draw will take place on the main casino stage at 19h00.

The TEEDS electronic system will be used to select 7 Lucky winners per draw day.

The winners/proxy will be given 90 seconds to present themselves with identification (SA ID, Driving License, or Valid Passport) and their ticket receipt.

Participants can only win once per draw. A redraw will be conducted if a winner is drawn more than once.

  1. Qualifying members must activate their draw tickets from 08h00 until 18h45 on draw days.
  2. All Participants are required to be present at the live draw on the respective date/time to be eligible for a Prize: Provided that if a participant elects not to be present in person when the winner/s are announced, the participant may nominate another person who has been duly authorized in writing to attend the draw on behalf of a participant in the form and manner determined by management, the details of which will be available at the Customer Service Desk. Prescribed proxy forms will be available for this purpose from 08h00 until 5 minutes prior to the start of the draw.
  3. The draws will take place on the main stage at 19h00.
  4. A share of R30,000 is up for grabs per draw day.

  1. Seven lucky winners will be drawn using the TEEDS electronic system.
  2. The winners/proxy will be given 90 seconds to present themselves with identification (SA ID, Driving License, or Valid Passport) and their ticket receipt.
  3. PA system will be used to announce winners and prizes won.
  4. If the winner/proxy does not show up in time, an alternative winner will be chosen (redraw).
  5. Participants can only win once per draw. A redraw will be conducted if a winner is drawn more than once.
  6. Entries cannot be purchased for cash, points, or through any other form of consideration.
  7. Authorized representatives shall not be entitled to any prizes and shall not take receipt of prizes accruing to the Participants they represent.
  8. Prizes are to be collected and signed for the receipt thereof by the relevant Prize Winner (not representative), as the case may be, within 15 days from the date of the draw from the casino where the prize(s) were won. The casino shall take all reasonable steps to contact the prize winner via the contact details provided in the proxy nomination form or otherwise readily available.
  9. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless otherwise advertised. Prize winners must sign for receipt of prizes.
  10. Draw times and dates; and qualification criteria, will be advertised through advertising mediums used for this promotion.
  11. All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into.
  12. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.
  13. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management. This may include rescheduling times and a draw date/s.
  14. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
  15. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
