Festive Surprises

1. No person under the age of 18 is allowed to gamble or participate in this promotion.
2. Any person who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excludable or who falls into the category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from participating in this promotion.
3. This promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
4. This promotion is exclusive to Rewards members. Guests who wish to participate must sign up for the Rewards Programme.
5. The promotion will run from 11 December 2023 to 22 December 2023.
6. Participants must play Slots or Tables and earn 100 points from 12h00 – 21h00 on promotional days to qualify.
7. Participants must play Slots or Tables and earn 100 points per ticket from 11 December – 22 December 2023 to qualify for the final Cash & +Play draw taking place on the 22^nd of December 2023 at 19h00.

9. The RAPS electronic system will be used to select winners on the promotional days between from15h00 – 17h00 and 19h00 – 21h00
10. 20 Lucky winners will be selected per session. 40 Lucky winners per promotional day.
11. Members may be selected more than once but can only win once per session.
12. Prize winners must present themselves together with their Rewards Card and/or a positive and acceptable form of identification. Reasonable steps shall be taken to verify a prize winner using the Patron Management System, should the prize winner not have their own valid identification. Should proof of identification not be available on the system or the system is offline, verification will not be possible and the onus is on the prize winner to present a valid form of identification.
13. If the selected winner has moved from the Slot machine or Table, they will be given 90 seconds to return to the Slot machine or Table, if they do not show up in time, an alternative winner will be chosen (redraw).
14. Verified winners will then choose a prize from the Festive Surprises device.
15. The promotions team will issue the prize to the winner.
16. +Play prizes won must be used within 7 days of issuing.
17. On the 22^nd of December 2023, 10 lucky winners will be selected during the Final draw at 19h00.
18. Rewards cardholders must play Slots or Tables from 11 December to 22 December 2023 and earn 100 points per ticket to qualify for the Final draw taking place on the 22nd of December 2023.
19. Earning points for the final draw will be from 08h00 on the 11th of December to 18h55 on the 22nd of December 2023. Ticket earnings will be uncapped.
20. Ticket activation will open from Thursday at 08h00 on the 21st of December until 11h55 on Friday, 22 December 2023. The draw will take place at 19h00.
21. The TEEDS electronic system will be used to select winners.
22. Prize winners and proxies who are present will be given 90 seconds to present themselves and must be in possession of evidence of the winning ticket and must produce a positive and acceptable form of identification.
23. Should the prize winner or authorized representative for the prize winner not present themselves within 90 seconds, a re-draw will take place.
24. A device will be used to reveal prizes.
25. The PA system will be used to announce all winners.
26. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged.
27. All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into.
28. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.
29. All winners must claim and sign for the receipt of prizes at Golden Horse Casino within 15 days of the draw and must present a positive and acceptable form of identification.
30. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged.
31. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management. This may include rescheduling times and a draw date/s.
32. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted by virtue of their participation.
33. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.

FESTIVE SUPRISERS PRIZES TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. This promotion is exclusive to Golden Horse Rewards cardholders.
2. Participants may be required to produce a positive and acceptable form of identification when claiming the Festive Surprises prizes.
3. Prizes to be claimed directly from the relevant outlets operating hours.

5. Prizes are not transferrable.
6. Lost vouchers will not be replaced.
7. Prizes must be collected by the prize winner on or before 31 January 2024.
8. The Hotel Stay vouchers will be valid for 3 months from the date of issue.
9. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.
