- The RAPS electronic system will be used to select winners on the promotional days.

- Members may be selected more than once but can only win once per session.
- Prize winners must present themselves together with their Rewards Card and/or a positive and acceptable form of identification. Reasonable steps shall be taken to verify a prize winner using the Patron Management System, should the prize winner not have their own valid identification. Should proof of identification not be available on the system or the system is offline, verification will not be possible and the onus is on the prize winner to present a valid form of identification.
- If the selected winner has moved from the Slot machine or Table, they will be given 90 seconds to return to the Slot machine or Table, if they do not show up in time, an alternative winner will be chosen (redraw).
- Verified winners will then choose a prize from the Festive Surprises device.
- The promotions team will issue the prize to the winner.
- Members must play Slots or Tables to earn 100 points per ticket and to qualify for the final cash draw that will take place on the 21st of December 2024 at 20h00.
- Earning points for the final draw will be from 08h00 on the 16th of December to 19h55 on the 21st of December 2024. Ticket earnings will be uncapped.
- Ticket activation will open from 08h00 until 19h55 on the draw day.
- Qualifying members must be present for the draw or nominate a proxy. The proxy forms will be made available from the Customer Service Desk and Salon Prive whilst ticket printing is available.
- Prize winners and proxies who are present will be given 90 seconds to present themselves and must be in possession of evidence of the winning ticket and must produce a positive and acceptable form of identification.
- Should the prize winner or authorized representative for the prize winner not present themselves within 90 seconds, a re-draw will take place.
- 5 lucky winners will be selected using the Teeds electronic system.
- A device will be used to reveal prizes.
- The PA system will be used to announce all winners.
- Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged.
- All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into.
- Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.
- All winners must claim and sign for the receipt of prizes at Golden Horse Casino within 15 days of the draw and must present a positive and acceptable form of identification.
- Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged.
- In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management. This may include rescheduling times and a draw date/s.
- Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted by virtue of their participation.
- The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
