HOW DO I ENTER?

The Promotion is exclusive to the Golden Horse Rewards cardholders, Non-carded guests must sign up to the Rewards programme.

Members must Play Slots or Tables to qualify.

This is an equal opportunity promotion targeting the 3-month active members, with each member receiving up to an accumulative amount of up to 30 tickets per patron for A-Tier, up to 15 tickets for K-Tier, up to 9 tickets for Q-Tier, up to 6 tickets for J-Tier and up to 3 tickets for 10-Tier.

Ticket collection will be set over 3 days with activation beginning each Monday (prior to the draw day) and ending on Wednesday (draw day) which is the final activation and day of collection.

Guests will need to go to the e-Host machine to activate tickets in order to be able to claim their tickets. In order to claim all possible tickets, guests will need to activate tickets every day from Monday to Wednesday. Tickets that are not activated cannot be claimed on the ticket collection day (i.e. if a guest does not activate the tickets available on any of the days, they will forfeit those tickets.)

 Members must activate and collect/print their draw tickets and put them into the entry bin for the manual draw on the day of the draw.

Participants must be present for the draws.

HOW DO I WIN?

Draws will take place on the second and third Wednesday of every month at 20h00.

7 lucky winners will be selected manually from the Tombola.

 The winners/proxy will be given 90 seconds to present themselves with identification (SA ID, Driving License, or Valid Passport) and their ticket receipt.

Participants can only win once per draw. A redraw will be conducted if a winner is drawn more than once.

  1. Any person who is under the age of 18, or who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who falls into any category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from gambling and/or participating in this promotional competition.
  2. This promotional competition is exclusive to Golden Horse Rewards Programme cardholders and it is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents, or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members
  3. The promotion will run from 15 January 2024 to 20 March 2024.
  4. Members must play Slots or Tables to qualify.
  5. In It To Win It draws will be exclusive to the 3-month active Golden Horse rewards cardholders. Activation periods, ticket collection/printing periods and draw dates, are set out in the table below:

  1.   1. Targeted members must activate their draw tickets at the e-Host on stipulated days prior to the draw day.
  2. Guests will need to go to the e-Host machine to activate tickets in order to be able to claim their tickets. In order to claim all possible tickets, guests will need to activate tickets every day from Monday to Wednesday. Tickets that are not activated cannot be claimed (i.e. if a guest does not activate the tickets available on any of the days, they will forfeit those tickets.)
  3. Members must activate and print their draw tickets and put them into the entry bin from 12h00 until 19h45 on draw days.
  4. The draw will take place on the second and third Wednesday of every month at 20h00.
  5. PA system will be used to announce winners and prizes.
  6. 7 lucky winners will be selected manually from the Tombola. The MC will announce the winning ticket. The winning ticket number will also be displayed on the screens.
  7. Participants must be present for the draws or nominate a proxy.
  8. The proxy forms will be made available from the Customer Service Desk whilst ticket printing is available.

  1. Participants may be selected more than once but can only win once per draw. A redraw will take place if a winner is drawn more than once.
  2. Draw tickets cannot be purchased for cash, points or through any other form of consideration.
  3. Tickets awarded to participants are not transferable and cannot be exchanged.
  4. Should the winner not have the identification, reasonable steps shall be taken to verify the winner using Patron Management System. Should proof of identification not be available on Patron Management System or the system is offline, verification will not be possible and the onus is on the winner to present a valid and acceptable form of identification
  5. Prizes must be collected and signed for the receipt thereof by the relevant Prize Winner, as the case may be, within 15 days from the date of the draw at Golden Horse.
  6. All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into.
  7. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged.
  8. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.
  9. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management. This may include rescheduling times and draw dates.
  10. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
  11. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
