1.No person under 18 is allowed to gamble or participate in this promotion.
2.Any person who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who falls into the category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from participating in this promotion.
3.This promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
4.The promotional period commences from 04 April 2023 to 27 June 2023.
5. Draws will take place every first and last Tuesday of the month. The promotional dates and times may be extended and these will be communicated via the advertising channels used to advertise the promotion.
6.This promotion is exclusive to Rewards members. Non-carded guests must sign up to participate.
7.Participants must play Slots or Tables in the casino using their Golden Horse Rewards card to earn 100 points to qualify. Points must be earned between 08h00 – 21h00 every Tuesday.
8.Participants must actively play Slots or Tables between 19h00 – 21h00 to be eligible for selection and prize(s).
9.Members may be selected more than once but can only win once per session.
10.Entries cannot be purchased through CASH, points, or any other form of consideration.
11.The RAPS electronic system will be used to select winners. The promotion team with security will verify each winner during the session.
12. 12lucky winners will be selected per promotion day (8 Slots and 4 Tables).
13.Participants will be required to produce a positive and acceptable form of identification (RSA ID, SA driver’s licence, or Passport) or Golden Horse Rewards card. Should the winner not have their identification on hand, Patron Management will be used to verify.
14.If the selected winner has moved from the slot machine or table, they will be given 90 seconds to return to the slot machine or table, if they do not show up in time, an alternative winner will be chosen (redraw).
15.Each verified winner will be awarded a prize as advertised in the mediums used to advertise the promotion.
16.A device will be used to reveal prize(s). Participants will be required to choose a Zodiac sign from the device where the prize will be hidden.
17.Prizes must be claimed on the promotional day only.
18.Winners will be issued a prize letter which can be redeemed at a CASH Desk for CASH.
19.Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged.
20.All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into.
21.Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.
22.In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management. This may include rescheduling times and a draw date/s.
23.Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
24.The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
