HOW DO I ENTER?

The promotion is exclusive to Golden Horse Rewards Members, non-carded guests must sign up to the rewards programme to participate.

Members must Slots or Tables games to qualify.

This is an equal opportunity promotion with each member receiving up to 100 tickets per patron for A-Tier, K-Tier and Q-Tier, up to 50 tickets for J-Tier, and up to 25 tickets for 10-Tier, if they choose to print between the below times.

Ticket printing is on Monday from 09h00 until 14h59 at any e-Host on the gaming floor on the draw days.

Qualifying members must be present for draws or nominate a proxy.

 

HOW DO I WIN?

 

Lunchtime Loot draws will take place on the first and last Monday of every month.

Winners will be drawn using the TEEDS electronic system.

2 Lucky winners will be selected during the draw at 13h00. 5 Lucky winners will be selected during the second draw at 15h00.

The winners/proxy will be given 90 seconds to present themselves with identification (SA ID, Driving License, or Valid Passport) and their ticket receipt.

Participants can only win once per draw. A redraw will be conducted if a winner is drawn more than once.

A share of R20, 000 in Cash is up for grabs per promotional day.

  5. This promotion is an equal opportunity promotion, open to the 3-month active Golden Horse rewards Cardholders with an average spend of R300.

  7. Entries cannot be purchased for cash, points, or through any other form of consideration.

  1. All draws will be electronic draws whereby prize winners will be selected via the TEEDS system for the draws taking place on the Main casino floor on the first and last Monday of every month.
  2. Qualifiers will need to enter the draws by printing their ticket at any e-Host on draw day which will automatically get into the electronic draw bin.
  3. Draw tickets can be printed from 09h00 until 14h59 for all Golden Horse Rewards cardholders.
  4. 2 Lucky winners will be selected during the 13h00 draw. 5 Lucky winners will be selected during the main draw at 15h00.
  5. All Participants are required to be present at the live draw on the respective date/time to be eligible for a Prize: Provided that if a participant elects not to be present in person when the winner/s are announced, the participant may nominate another person who has been duly authorized in writing to attend the draw on behalf of a participant in the form and manner determined by management, the details of which will be available at the Customer Service Desk. Prescribed proxy forms will be available for this purpose from 09h00 until 5 minutes prior to the start of the draw.
  6. PA system will be used to announce winners and prizes.
  7. Prize winners and proxies who are present will be given 90 seconds to present themselves and must be in possession of evidence of the winning ticket and must produce a positive and acceptable form of identification.
  8. Authorized representatives shall not be entitled to any prizes and shall not take receipt of prizes accruing to the Participants they represent.
  9. Should the prize winner or authorized representative for the prize winner not present themselves within 90 seconds, a re-draw will take place.
  10. Prizes are to be collected and signed for the receipt thereof by the relevant Prize Winner (not representative), as the case may be, within 15 days from the date of the draw from the casino where the prize(s) were won. The casino shall take all reasonable steps to contact the prize winner via the contact details provided in the proxy nomination form or otherwise readily available.
  11. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless otherwise advertised. Prize winners must sign for receipt of prizes.
  12. Draw times and dates; and qualification criteria, will be advertised through advertising mediums used for this promotion.

  15. All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into.
  16. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.
  17. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management. This may include rescheduling times and a draw date/s.
  18. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
  19. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force;
