HOW DO I ENTER?

 

The promotion is exclusive to Golden Horse Rewards Members, non-carded guests must sign up to participate.

Members must play Slots or Tables at Golden Horse Casino to earn points.

The earning period will commence on the 22nd of April 2024 from 08h00 and conclude on the 12th of May 2024 at the close of business.

The leaderboard will display the Top 100 member numbers in order of descending position. The Top 100 will be made up of 50 Slots and 50 Tables players.

Only the Top 2 point’s earners from Slots and the Top 2 point’s earners from Tables will each win the guaranteed MAMMA MIA EXPERIENCE.

Winners are requested to acknowledge the receipt of the notification and confirm their willingness to attend within 24 hours of the notification, failing such, or inability to attend will result in an alternative winner being chosen. The prize will awarded to the next patron on the leaderboard.

  1. Any person who is under the age of 18, or who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who falls into any category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from gambling and/or participating in this promotional competition.
  2. This promotional competition is exclusive to Golden Horse Rewards Programme cardholders and it is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents, or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members
  3. The promotion will run from 22 April 2024 – 12 May 2024.

  10. Flights will be strictly from Pietermaritzburg Airport to O.R. Tambo International Airport on the 17th of May 2024. Return Flights will be strictly from O.R Tambo International Airport to Pietermaritzburg airport on the 19th of May 2024.
  11. All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into.
  12. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged.
  13. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.
  14. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management. This may include rescheduling times and draw dates.
  15. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
  16. Neither Tsogo Sun Casino Management Company (PTY) Limited, its subsidiaries and affiliated companies, their Directors, Officers, employees or agents shall be liable for any loss, damage, injury or death suffered by the prize winner or any of his/her invitees, as a result of the prize winner having taken up the prize. The prize winner hereby indemnifies and holds harmless the Tsogo Sun Casino Management Company for any such loss, damage, injury or death.
  17. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
