HOW DO I ENTER?

The promotion is exclusive to Rewards Cardholders and is open to all tiers. Guests who wish to participate must sign up for the Rewards Programme.

Golden Horse Rewards cardholders must play Slots or Tables and earn a minimum of 100 points per ticket to qualify. The more points you have, the more tickets you get!

Points will be earned over a period of 30 days.

Qualifying members must activate their draw tickets from 08h00 until 19h55 on draw days at any e-Host machine on the gaming floor.

The first Playtime draw will be a free ticketed draw, only open to the 3-month active members. Golden Horse Rewards Cardholders will be given free tickets according to their Tier status.

HOW DO I WIN?

The draws will take place on the first and last Tuesday of every month at 20h00.

5 Lucky Winners will be drawn using the TEEDS electronic system.

Participants must be present for the draws or nominate a proxy.

  1. No person under 18 is allowed to gamble or participate in this promotion.
  2. Any person who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who falls into the category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from participating in this promotion.
  3. This promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents, or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
  4. The promotion will run from 31 December 2023 to 26 March 2024.
  5. The Promotion is exclusive to Golden Horse Rewards Cardholders and is open to all tiers. Non-carded guests who wish to participate must sign up to the rewards programme.
  6. Golden Horse Rewards cardholders must play Slots or Tables and earn a minimum of 100 points per ticket to qualify.
  7. Points will be earned over a period of 30 days. Tickets earning will be uncapped and will be earned per draw.
  8. Qualifying members must activate their draw tickets from 08h00 until 19h55 on draw days.
  9. All Participants are required to be present at the live draw on the respective date/time to be eligible for a Prize: Provided that if a participant elects not to be present in person when the winner/s are announced, the participant may nominate another person who has been duly authorized in writing to attend the draw on behalf of a participant in the form and manner determined by management, the details of which will be available at the Customer Service Desk. Prescribed proxy forms will be available for this purpose from 09h00 until 5 minutes prior to the start of the draw
  10. Proxy forms will be made available at the customer service desk whilst ticket printing is available.

  1. The draws will take place on the first and last Tuesday of every month.
  2. A share of R20, 000 is up for grabs per draw day.
  3. These draws will take place at the main casino promotional stage.
  4. Winners will be drawn using the TEEDS electronic system.
  5. 5 Lucky winners will be selected. MC will announce the winning ticket.
  6. The winners/proxy will be given 90 seconds to present themselves with identification (SA ID, Driving License, or Valid Passport) and their ticket receipt.
  7. If the winner/proxy does not show up in time, an alternative winner will be chosen (redraw).
  8. Participants can only win once per draw. A redraw will be conducted if a winner is drawn more than once.
  9. The first Playtime draw will be a free ticketed draw, only open to the 3-months active members. Golden Horse Rewards Cardholders will be given free tickets according to their Tier status.

  1. Entries cannot be purchased for cash, points, or through any other form of consideration.
  2. Authorized representatives shall not be entitled to any prizes and shall not take receipt of prizes accruing to the Participants they represent.
  3. Prizes are to be collected and signed for the receipt thereof by the relevant Prize Winner (not representative), as the case may be, within 15 days from the date of the draw from the casino where the prize(s) were won. The casino shall take all reasonable steps to contact the prize winner via the contact details provided in the proxy nomination form or otherwise readily available.
  4. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless otherwise advertised. Prize winners must sign for receipt of prizes.
  5. Draw times and dates; and qualification criteria, will be advertised through advertising mediums used for this promotion.
  6. All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into.
  7. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.
  8. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management. This may include rescheduling times and a draw date/s.
  9. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
  10. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force;
