A King or Queen of American Roulette will be crowned at Golden Horse on the 10th of December 2023!

An estimated share of R100, 000 in Cash is up for grabs in our new promotion, ROULETTE SPIN-OFF! With a share of R25, 000 inclusive of a base value and weekly prizes.

HOW DO I ENTER?

Promotion is exclusive to Golden Horse rewards cardholders. Non-carded guests must sign up to participate.

Tournament designated table situated in the Non-Smoking gaming floor will open from Sunday to Thursday from 14h00 – 22h00 for qualifying rounds.

The qualifying rounds will run from 01 October 2023 – 07 December 2023.

Players buy in for R100 and 100% buy-ins generated for each gaming day, will be used as prize money in the Final Tournament Day.

HOW DO I WIN?

A leaderboard displaying the top 21 will be updated every promotional day.

Only the Top 10 will qualify for the finals taking place of the 10th of December 2023 at 18h00.

PRIZES 

An estimated share of R100, 000 in cash is up for grabs in our Roulette Spin-Off promotion.

Highest scorer for the week (Sunday to Thursday) will win R1, 000 in cash!

The guaranteed base of R15 000 in cash plus participant’s buy-ins will be up for grabs during the final. The split will be 50/25/15/10 for position1 to 4.

  1. Any person who is under the age of 18, or who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who falls into any category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from gambling and/or participating in this promotional competition.
  2. This promotional competition is exclusive to Golden Horse Rewards Programme cardholders and it is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents, or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members
  3. The promotion will run from 01 October 2023 to 10 December 2023.
  4. Entry to each heat of the tournament is by way of cash buy-in of R100/chip buy in/points buy in for which color and/or tournament and/or No Cash Value chips (“chips”) will be issued.
  5. Each colour chip will represent an unredeemable rand value of R10 whereas tournament and No Cash Value chips will represent the unredeemable rand value it bears for purposes of betting, determining of winners and ranking of players. These chips have no cash value and it cannot be redeemed for value in any form, or be used to place bets at live games.
  6. We aim to achieve 850 entries over ten weeks, to have an estimated total prize money of R100 000. In the event of the targeted 850 entries not achieved or exceeded, the final total prize reached by 07th December 2023 will be the grand total prize to be won
  7. One designated operational table AR14 will be utilized for the tournament. Live games will not be offered at the affected operational tables during tournament sessions, however live games may resume at these table when it is not being utilized for tournament purposes.
  8. Tournament days will be between Sunday and Thursdays from 01st October 2023, between 14h00 and 22h00 until 07th December 2023 with Finals held on 10th December 2023 at18:00.
  9. Players may re-enter as many times as they wish, but an individual may hold only one seat in the tournament
  10. Players shall only be awarded one spot on the leaderboard, therefore the highest score for one guest will be considered and displayed on the leaderboard.
  11. In the Finals there will only be 2 HEATS offered for the two groups, if there is a no show from the finalist or proxy by 19:00 or if the two groups heats/sessions have been completed, no other heat will be dealt for finalist who come late, therefore they will face disqualification and be excluded from the tournament with no re-imbursement.
  12. Should participants wish to elect representatives through a proxy, they may elect representatives who may not be co-participants in the Finals. The nominated representatives will be required to play without any coercion and/or input/strategy from the nominating participants concerned
  13. All necessary paperwork will have to be completed for proxies
  14. All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into
  15. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged.
  16. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.
  17. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management. This may include rescheduling times and draw date.
  18. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
  19. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
