1.No person under the age of 18 is allowed to gamble or participate in this promotion.
2.Any person who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, who is self-excluded, or who falls into the category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from participating in this promotion.
3.This promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents, or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
4.This promotion is exclusive to Rewards members and will run from 01 April 2023 to 24 June 2023.
5.Participants earn points by playing Slots or Tables using their Golden Horse Rewards cards between 08h00 – 22h00 every Saturday.
6.Participants must play Slots or Tables between 08h00 – 22h00 and earn 100 points to qualify.

8.Entries cannot be purchased through cash, points, or any other form of consideration.
9.Members are required to be present and actively playing, in the Smoking, Prive, and Non-Smoking Casino on the respective promotion dates and times to stand a chance to win and be eligible for the prize(s).
10.The RAPS electronic system will be used to select winners on the day between 19h00 – 20h00 and 21h00 -22h00.
11.10 Lucky winners will be selected per session. 20 Lucky winners per promotional day. (12 Slots and 8 Tables).
12.Members may be selected more than once but can only win once per session.
13.Prize winners must present themselves together with their Rewards Card and/or a positive and acceptable form of identification. Reasonable steps shall be taken to verify a prize winner using the Patron Management System, should the prize winner not have their own valid identification. Should proof of identification not be available on the system or the system is offline, verification will not be possible, and the onus is on the prize winner to present a valid form of identification.
14.If the selected winner has moved from the slot machine or table, they will be given 90 seconds to return to the slot machine or table, if they do not show up in time, an alternative winner will be chosen (redraw).
15.Verified winners will then choose a prize from a device.
16.The promotions team will issue cash to the winner.
17.Slots winners: FreePlay will be loaded directly onto their Rewards card by the promotions team. Table’s winners: will be issued a slip by the promotions team which can be redeemed at a Cash Desk for Non-negotiable chips.
18.Each verified winner will be awarded a prize as advertised in the mediums used to advertise the promotion.
19.FreePlay prizes won must be used within 7 days of issuing.
20.Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged.
21.All decisions are final, and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into.
22.Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.
23.In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management. This may include rescheduling times and a draw date/s.
24.Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
25.The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
