Turn Up The Heat

1. No person under the age of 18 is allowed to gamble or participate in this promotion.
2. Any person who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who falls into the category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from participating in this promotion.
3. This promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
4. This promotion is exclusive to Rewards members and will run from 02 February 2024 to 30 March 2024.
5. Participants earn points by playing Slots or Tables using their Golden Horse Rewards card.
6. All tiers need 100 points per ticket to qualify.

8. Participants may enter the draw by activating their draw receipt at eHost before the actual draw as communicated through advertising material.
9. The Teeds System (The Electronic Draw System) will be used to determine the selection of winners.
10. J and 10 Tier Cardholders Draws: Ticket printing will be available for printing from 08h00 on Friday until 19h55 on Saturday with draws held at 20h00 on that Saturday.
11. A, K and Q Tier Cardholders Draws: Ticket printing will be available for printing from 08h00 on Friday until 19h55 on Saturday with draws held at 20h00 on that Saturday.
12. Draw entries cannot be purchased through cash, points, or any other form of consideration. Tickets will be issued based on points earned on Slots or Tables during the promotional period.
13. All draw will take place on the main casino stage at 20h00.
14. The TEEDS electronic system will be used to select 5 Lucky winners per promotional day.
15. The winners/proxy will be given 90 seconds to present themselves with identification (SA ID, Driving License, or Valid Passport) and their ticket receipt. Should the winner not show up within the allocated time, a redraw will be conducted.
16. Participants can only win once per draw. A redraw will be conducted if a winner is drawn more than once.

18. Participants must be present for all draws or nominate a proxy.
19. Proxy forms will made available at the customer service desk whilst ticket printing is available.
20. Participants may be drawn more than once but can only win once per draw.
21. All winners must claim and sign for the receipt of prizes at Golden Horse Casino within 15 days of the draw and must present the winning ticket or a positive and acceptable form of identification.
22. PA system will be used to announce winners and prizes won.
23. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged.
24. All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into.
25. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.
26. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management. This may include rescheduling times and a draw date/s.
27. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by their participation.
28. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
