This promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
4. This promotion is exclusive to Golden Horse Black Rewards members and will run from 17 October 2022 to 10 December 2022.
5. Participants earn points by playing Slots or Tables using their Black Golden Horse Rewards card.
6. The top 500 black cardholders will have an opportunity to participate in an equal opportunity manual draw on 21 October 2022 for a share of R100, 000 in cash.
7. Ticket printing will commence at 08H00 on 20 October until 18H45 on the 21 October 2022.
8. Winners will be determined by way of the manual draw to be conducted on the casino floor main stage at 19h00.
9. Winners can be selected more than once during the draw but can only win once.
10. Participants do not need to be present for the draw.

14. A Tombola will be used during the final draw.
15. Participants enter the draw by printing their draw ticket/s at eHost before the actual draw as communicated through advertising material. Tickets must be entered into the entry bins provided.
16. Participants may have multiple tickets per draw but can only win once per draw. A redraw will take place should the participant be called more than once.
17. Draw entries cannot be purchased through cash, points, or any other form of consideration. Tickets will be issued based on points earned on Slots or Tables during the promotional period.
18. Participants need to be present for the final draw or nominate a proxy to participate on their behalf.
19. The proxy forms will be made available from the Customer Service Desk whilst ticket printing is available. A positive and acceptable form of identification must be presented by both the participants and the Nominee (If applicable) when completing a Proxy Form.
20. For the Launch draw, five winners will be selected and prizes will be awarded in descending order. For the final draw on 10 December 2022, eight lucky winners will be selected. Each verified winner will get to choose a draw device, in the order in which they were drawn, to reveal their prize.
21. All winners must claim and sign for the receipt of prizes at Golden Horse Casino within 15 days of the draw and must present the winning ticket and a positive and acceptable form of identification.
22. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged.
23. All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into.
24. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.
25. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management. This may include rescheduling times and a draw date/s.
26. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
27. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
28. The rules of this promotion are only valid as set out under the Covid-19 Alert Level during which they were issued and are subject to change should the Covid-19 Alert Level change as per government gazetted guidelines.
