1.No person under the age of 18 is allowed to gamble or participate in this promotion.
2.Any person who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who falls into the category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from participating in this promotion.
3.This promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents, or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
4.This promotion is exclusive to Black Rewards members and will run from 01 March 2023 to 31 March 2023.
5.Participants earn points by playing Slots or Tables using their Black Golden Horse Rewards card.
6.The final draw will take place on 31 March 2023 for a share of R125,000 in Cash and FreePlay, with ticket printing commencing on 29 March 2023 at 08h00 until 18h45 on 31 March 2023.

7.Winners will be determined by way of the manual draw to be conducted on the casino floor mainstage at 19h00.
8.A Tombola will be used during the draw.
9.Participants enter the draw by printing their draw ticket/s at eHost before the actual draw as communicated through advertising material. Tickets must be entered into the entry bins provided.
10.Participants may have multiple tickets per draw but can only win once per draw. A redraw will take place should the participant be called more than once.
11.Draw entries cannot be purchased through cash, points, or any other form of consideration. Tickets will be issued based on points earned on Slots or Tables during the promotional period.
12.Participants need to be present for the final draw or nominate a proxy to participate on their behalf.
13.The proxy forms will be made available from the Customer Service Desk whilst ticket printing is available. A positive and acceptable form of identification must be presented by both the participants and the Nominee (If applicable) when completing a Proxy Form.
14.For the final draw on 31 March 2023, 5 lucky winners will be selected. Podiums will be used to reveal their prize.
15.All winners must claim and sign for the receipt of prizes at Golden Horse Casino within 15 days of the draw and must present the winning ticket and a positive and acceptable form of identification.
16.Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged.
17.All decisions are final, and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into.
18.Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.
19.In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management. This may include rescheduling times and a draw date/s.
20.Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
21.The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
