1.No person under the age of 18 is allowed to gamble or participate in this promotion.

6.Qualifying rounds will take place from 24 February 2023 to 30 March 2023 between 14h00 to 23h00 daily.
7.Entry to each heat of the tournament is by way of CASH buy-in of R100/chip buy in/points buy in for which colour and/or tournament and/or No Cash Value chips (“chips”) will be issued.
8.No Buy-in will be allowed during the play.
9.Each colour chip will represent an unredeemable rand value of R10 whereas tournament and No CASH Value chips will represent the unredeemable rand value it bears for purposes of betting, determining of winners and ranking of players. These chips have no CASH value, and it cannot be redeemed for value in any form or be used to place bets at live games.
10.A maximum of 2 designated and demarcated operational tables will be utilized for the tournament. Live games will not be offered at the affected operational tables during tournament sessions, however live games may resume at these tables when it is not being utilized for tournament purposes.
11.Tournament days will be daily from Friday 24 February 2023, between 14h00 and 23h00 until 30 March 2023 when semi-finals will be held.
12.Players shall only be rewarded for one winning spot on the leaderboard.

14.For American Roulette: A maximum of 3 players at a time will constitute a heat, with a minimum of 1 player.

•Players must play every Spin if they have chips – no call bets allowed however outside bets, half maximum and full maximum bets will be permitted.
•Tournament chips must be always visible on the gaming table for the duration of the heat. Concealing of chips as such may result in disqualification for that heat.
•Participants will have to place their own bets, the dealer will at no point place bets on behalf of any of the participants.

•If there is a no spin, the Tournament Manager will call a no spin.
•Only participants playing in the heat will be allowed into the designated playing area.

•All disputes must be raised within the spin in play. No disputes will be considered after the spin in question.

•Should participants wish to elect representatives through a proxy, they may elect representatives who may not be co-participants in any of the respective stages. The nominated representatives will be required to play without any coercion and/or input/strategy from the nominating participants concerned.
•Where utilized, the Master of Ceremonies will announce the start of each tournament session. Participants or proxies, where relevant, who are not present at the actual start of the respective session will forfeit their seats without any re-funds. The Master of Ceremonies will announce the allocated times, which may differ during the various stages of the tournament.
16.A leaderboard will be updated daily, with the top 21.
17.Finals will take place on 31 March from 19h00.
18.The proxy forms will be made available from the Customer Service Desk for the semi-finals and finals. Only members who are not part of the semi-finals and finals can be nominated as proxies.
19.Only the final top 5 players on the leaderboard will each get a share of the total buy in from the pot or a guaranteed minimum share of R25,000 whichever is higher with the breakdown as follows:
20.Whilst every reasonable effort will be taken to ensure the accurate recording of rankings/scores, the onus shall remain with participants to ensure that their rankings/scores are always correct. The casino reserves the right to make the necessary corrections as soon as it becomes aware of any founded discrepancies, which corrections could change the rankings/scores of participants and allocation of prizes.
21.Tournament Director’s decision (or a Management Representative thereof) will be deemed as final and no correspondence will be entered into.
22.All winners must claim and sign for the receipt of prizes at Golden Horse Casino within 15 days of the draw.
23.Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged.
24.All decisions are final, and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered.
25.Any dispute not resolved at the time of occurrence is to be escalated to the licensee’s Senior Management within forty-eight (48) hours of occurrence.
26.Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.
27.In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management. This may include rescheduling times and a draw date/s.
28.Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
29.The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
