- This is an equal opportunity promotion with each member receiving up to an accumulative amount of 45 tickets per patron for Black cards, up to 30 tickets for Platinum, and up to 15 tickets for Gold.

- Targeted members must activate their draw tickets at the e-Host between 09h00 – 18h45 on stipulated days prior to the draw day.
- Guests will need to go to the ehost machine to activate tickets in order to be able to claim their tickets. In order to claim all possible tickets, guests will need to activate tickets every day from Monday to Wednesday. Tickets that are not activated cannot be claimed (i.e. if a guest does not activate the tickets available on any of the days, they will forfeit those tickets.)
- Members must activate and print their draw tickets and put them into the entry bin by 18h55 on draw days.
- The draw will take place every Wednesday at 19h00.
- 7 lucky winners will be selected manually from the Tombola. The MC will announce the winning ticket. The winning ticket number will also be displayed on the screens.
- Winners/proxies must be present for the draw. The winners/proxy will be given 90 seconds to present themselves with identification (SA ID, Driving License, or Valid Passport) and their ticket receipt.
- A share of over R50, 000 in Cash & FreePlay will be up for grabs every Wednesday.

- Participants may be selected more than once but can only win once per draw. A redraw will take place if a winner is drawn more than once.
- Draw tickets cannot be purchased for cash, points or through any other form of consideration.
- Tickets awarded to participants are not transferable and cannot be exchanged.
- Should the winner not have the identification, reasonable steps shall be taken to verify the winner using Patron Management System. Should proof of identification not be available on Patron Management System or the system is offline, verification will not be possible and the onus is on the winner to present a valid and acceptable form of identification
- Prizes must be collected and signed for the receipt thereof by the relevant Prize Winner, as the case may be, within 15 days from the date of the draw at Golden Horse.
- All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into
- Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged
- Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.
- In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management. This may include rescheduling times and draw date.
- Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
- The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
